Good content, but...

There’s a distinct quality difference when it comes to reliability comparing this service to others I’ve tried. I DO enjoy the shows and options available, but the website and app both have some annoying issues. The app likes to say that there’s a connection problem on your end, when it’s really an issue on their end with properly transferring to the next episode. This doesn’t happen every time; it happens after a couple episodes of the same show, usually. This is a consistent issue.
Also the advertising is a nuisance, with the app always reloading to the home page instead of the same show or movie you were looking at. When backing out, often the app takes me back to the page of “recommended” picks that are really just advertisements for particular shows/ films.
The biggest nuisance I’ve seen on both app and website is the fact that the Recently Watched is NEVER correct. Shows are always listed in the incorrect order of when they were watched. It does seem like big name shows get put toward the front/ top of the list instead of what you were actually just watching. It’s very annoying scrolling down about 5 items when just wanting to continue a show I was trying to watch.

The app is good overall but there’s one really annoying bug, the rewind and fast forward features only work for going back 10 seconds or forward 30 seconds at a time. When I hold the buttons to try to move back/forward for any time longer than that the show will start to load and then jump back to the same spot I was trying to move from. This is extremely annoying when trying to watch recorded sports and trying to skip past the pregame shows which usually last 30 minutes or so. So you either watch the pregame show unnecessarily or you have to press the fast forward button 100 times to skip to the action. Please fix these problem

New app design terrible

I don't normally take time out day to simply bash apps on iTunes but this new app redesign was so freaking terrible I couldn't get the bad taste out of my mouth so here I am.
Tiles really guys seriously and not just tiles poor and restrictive ways to view shows I can't just get a bunch of small icons like before that give me optimal information no I need to thumb through every single tile to see anything well I guess the days of me discovering new shows is over because even browsing your data base is a nightmare so on my iPad Pro 12.9 I see 4 tiles at a time where as before I would see like 20 or more on my old iPad 9.7 inch this is absurd I advise if you do not want to lose people just in the settings simply add a legacy mode switch to the UI so us who aren't mouth breathing idiots can enjoy browsing your selection. Ah I feel a bit better now we'll back to struggling through your terrible UI which will most likely lead to me cancelling my subscription
